The team at QTS helped me with a flat tire. They were swamped, 7.3.21, but told me to drop off the tire and they would do their best to get it done. They called me around 3:00 to say the tire was done and would wait for me to pick it up. Very Grateful and glad I found a local guy for my automotive needs. John at Quality Tire Service will go way out of his way to make sure your happy. He goes above and beyond any other tire shop/Service center. We went in for tires and brakes and instead of just putting them on. He found that the frame was rusted out and told us not to invest the money in the van. The rest of the van looked clean it was just the frame that we couldn't see. Thank you John for keeping us safe.

Bob helped me when I came in, he was very personable and informative. I appreciated that they actually put on the receipt exactly what they did to my car. They didn't know this, but, I really am not good at backing out of parking spots, so the fact that my car was backed into a spot was a real plus for me. Thanks
