I called last minute for an oil change and low tire pressure check. I was able to get in within an hour. 1-1/2 hours after I arrived I was on my way. The oil change was done, the nail was removed from the tire, and the tire was patched and remounted. The service was friendly and quick as always. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. Coffee was much appreciated. The friendly dog helped pass the time while reading my book. In all the times I've been to Quality I've never encountered a problem. Keep it up.

I have brought my car in several times, for different issues, and John and his staff have been wonderful! They have fixed every problem and explained in detail what was done. I've never had to wait long for an appointment and there turn around time is quick and efficient! The thing that really keeps going back besides their excellent workmanship, is their honesty.
