First time customer. I needed to have a tire mounted and balanced on a Saturday for a national Triumph convention starting on Sunday . Tire was done on time, at a fair price. Zoe did a great job mounting and balancing and even loaded the wheel into my vehicle for me. Thanks for getting me out of bind!

I called Quality Tire Service on Monday 8/29/22 at about 3:00 PM. I was leaving the next morning at 3:00 am with my 16-year-old daughter on a 7 1/2 -8 hour road trip to Cleveland to take her to see Twenty-One Pilots. I didn’t know until right before calling Quality Tire Service that I needed to replace 2 tires. I was a little freaked out because it was so late in the day and I didn’t think anyone could help me. The guys at Quality Tire Service were SO great to me and were SO helpful. Not only were they able to get me in within an hour but they also greatly helped me out by offering me used tires (in great condition) rather than making me have to buy new tires. When I got there they got me in within five minutes of when they said they would and heading out of there within 40 minutes. The tread on the used tires I got were just as good as if I would have had to buy new tires. I am very impressed with them and Not only will I use them again but I will definitely spread the word about their great service.
