I had a great experience at Quality Tire Service and would highly recommend them. I brought my car in for a flat tire and had my young kids with me who were getting a bit restless. Instead of being bothered, the staff welcomed us warmly and even gave my kids some toys to play with while we waited. This thoughtful gesture made me feel like a valued customer. More importantly, I trust that they did excellent work on my car - they took the time to explain what they were doing and why in terms I could understand. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. The reasonable prices and exceptional customer service have earned my repeat business. This mechanic goes above and beyond to take care of customers and their cars.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Got there on time, waited while they worked on the car, and left with the car in less than an hour. Friendly staff and I have ben going there for a few years now.

Best Customer service and work by far!!!! Not only did they understand why I had to come in last minute with my Jeep (my oil was over filled by someone else that made the sensor display an issue) they explained why that would be bad and took care of it. They also found where the slow leak was in my tire. And fixed my door panel that I brought up to them that was catching on the floor board when opening. (No charge) Top Notch work ethic! I also watched how others were taken care of when I was there. I wish I used these guys sooner for other work previously. I thought they were just tire and oil changes. I was wrong. They can do just about anything!!!! They are my new go to place for all my vehicles now!!!! What a great team of people! Taking my other truck in next to have them look at the ABS and do an oil change. Once I found out they do so much more than tires ....they have all my business now.
