I have been going to John for many years. I have had to use other service people occasionally because of new car warranty, but the minute a warranty is up I am back! They take care of their tires forever and they take excellent care of all my cars and trailers. I trust them to always make the right repairs and if I need follow up they always take care of that promptly.

lies and deception fill this facility, this is a fact. You as a consumer reading this should READ & BEWARE of this knowledge, and question AND CHECK his delays,repair attempts and anything on your car he has touched. The "quality" in his business name really destroys such a good word.

5 stars all the way. Maybe more. I have to give John and his team a TOP rating and the highest commendation I can give. We were on our way to the Chain O' Lakes when we had an asphalt mishap with a tire on a dealer loaner vehicle. It was a big mess, we thought we might have to replace the tire but Shane saved the day for us and got the old tire cleaned up and got us back on the road. In less than an hour too. Chris (I think her name was Chris) was also fantastic. Not knowing auto businesses in the area at all we pulled them from a google search on my phone. I knew I wanted to avoid the tire chain places at all costs as they are USELESS, so we wound up here. I am so happy we did. Next time I need tires I will give John a call, this is a service oriented shop where customer service is top priority. Saved the day, maybe the whole weekend.

Thanks for finding me a great deal on a used tire so I could save myself some money. Will definitely be back for anything that comes up with my car!
