Passenger front lug nuts not tightened. 3 studs broke off on way to work. Replaced at work.

Eric, I truly apologize for this error. We would have certainly come right out to your office and taken care of this for you if you would have called us. In an effort to apologize, please accept a free oil change. Stop by the shop & Tom will take care of you. Thank you for your candid response.

I have been purchasing tires from Quality Tires for 20+ years and have always found their service and quality to be excellent. I recently had them perform a front end alignment with two tires and my car felt and drove like a new vehicle. Their name says it all: Quality

Everyone was friendly and very informative. I was in and out in less than a half hour, and it's CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! This is definitely where I'm getting tires from now on!
