They were amazing! I had been looking for a used tire for my car to get me through the rest of winter and they were the only place around who had one. When I got there, they looked at my tire and told me they could fix the one I had. They could have made more money on me buying a tire, instead they chose to save me money by fixing what I already had. That is taking care of your customers and why I will happily go back to them!

John is exceptional in customer service. Brought my car in for tires to replace a flat. All my tires were checked, luckily checking the two (not planning to replace) avoided a disaster. All of them were needed, John had the tires I needed on hand. Super reasonable replacement and service. Thank you, John. I have to drive the roads in WI at night, now I can drive in this weather(10 in of snow with more to come) in confidence. Some people just don't want to hear everything they need to work on. John gives you the safest solutions to keep you moving on the road. He is very knowledgeable. Quality Tire is convenient to get to, right off of Spring Grove Rd just south of rte 12.

very helpful, honest, fair price

I requested wheel weights on the inside of my rims and they were placed on the outside. Also I was charged for a TPMS refresh but it was not done properly, so I did it myself using the instructions from the owner's manual.

Great to find place that can actually service a car
