every time I pick up my vehicle from being serviced the door handle and steering wheel has a bunch of greasy finger prints. Yesterday was no exception. Oil all over the door handle.

Work was done in a very timely manner and everyone was very curious.

The service was immediate, working within the time frame that I needed even though the repairs needed had not yet been determined. The mechanics kept me informed throughout and they even gave me a ride home! I thought the fix was pricey but then I realized that the repair would have cost a couple hundred more at other shops...with generic customer service. Above all, I passed emissions without a problem and they honor their coupons. I had an excellent experience!

They were amazing! I had been looking for a used tire for my car to get me through the rest of winter and they were the only place around who had one. When I got there, they looked at my tire and told me they could fix the one I had. They could have made more money on me buying a tire, instead they chose to save me money by fixing what I already had. That is taking care of your customers and why I will happily go back to them!

John is exceptional in customer service. Brought my car in for tires to replace a flat. All my tires were checked, luckily checking the two (not planning to replace) avoided a disaster. All of them were needed, John had the tires I needed on hand. Super reasonable replacement and service. Thank you, John. I have to drive the roads in WI at night, now I can drive in this weather(10 in of snow with more to come) in confidence. Some people just don't want to hear everything they need to work on. John gives you the safest solutions to keep you moving on the road. He is very knowledgeable. Quality Tire is convenient to get to, right off of Spring Grove Rd just south of rte 12.
